We use these details to respond, arrange services, provide support and maintain order records. Enquiries are stored in our website’s private administration area and may be delivered to our official email and authorised integrations.
Payments
Payments are processed through Razorpay when enabled. Do not send card details, passwords or OTPs through enquiry forms.
AI chat and external media
If you choose to use our AI assistant, your messages and recent conversation context are sent to OpenAI to generate a reply. This website plugin does not retain chat transcripts. Do not send passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal information. Google Drive, YouTube, Vimeo and WhatsApp links or embedded players are operated by their respective providers.
